Phase Zero
The Neon City Rebels team has been working tirelessly to bring the Ethereum community a cutting-edge project that breaks away from the outdated norms of the rapidly evolving Web3 industry. Our mission is to initiate organic community and social growth mechanisms that will enhance our digital presence and solidify our position within the ecosystem.
In order to expand our reach and achieve maximum impact, the Neon City Rebels will establish genuine collaborations with other high-profile and value-driven projects within the Ethereum space. Through cross-promotion, cross-growth, and cross-community efforts, we can amplify our collective efforts and bring our vision to life.
We are excited to announce that 350 NFTs will be available for early purchase by whitelisted individuals. The mint date will be revealed once we have confidence in our growth and development.
Our project will be divided into three phases, beginning with the Foundation phase. During this phase, we will establish our founding team and project's backstory, lore, purpose, and overall mission. We will strategize and finalize tokenomics, supply breakdown, pool distribution, and logistics. Additionally, we will design a unique collection of 1700 Immunity Junkiez and set up Discord, Twitter, and other social media channels. Our website and landing pages are currently pending and will be finalized shortly. We will also finalize smart contracts for minting and staking and recruit cryptofluencers that share our vision and sentiments regarding the Web3 industry.
Furthermore, we will establish a network of powerful Web3 collaborations and partnerships to stimulate community growth via campaigns, collaborations, partnerships, giveaways, whitelisting mechanisms, and cryptofluencers. We will determine a strategic Mint Date, including the pre-mint, regular mint, and end of Mint Cycle. As we move forward, we will remain open to community feedback and input, ensuring that our Growth Map and Action Map are continuously evolving and adapting to meet the needs of our growing community.

Phase 1
Upon completing the foundational tasks in Phase 0, the Neon City Rebels project will move to the next phase aimed at enhancing sustainability, growth, and long-term viability. As more Neon City Rebels NFTs are acquired, the project will introduce holder verification, which will be monitored via Discord.
Community members and holders will need to stake their Neon City Rebels NFTs for a specified period of time to be included in the project's decentralized autonomous organization. Stakers will receive a new community role and exclusive access to channels for DAO OpSys, governance, administration, and voting mechanisms.
Stakers will also receive ecosystem benefits, rewards, and tokenized payouts. After establishing the Immunity DAO, the project will introduce its native token, $NCR, to govern the ecosystem. Each Neon City Rebels NFT holder will receive a predetermined amount of $Immunity tokens upon launch.
A liquidity pool will be set up with approximately 25 ETH to distribute staking yields and ecosystem rewards. All transactions within the Neon City Rebels ecosystem will require $NCR tokens. $NCR stakers will have the opportunity to purchase or receive airdrops of Rebels Robotic Pets (RRP) and other NFTs.
To provide instant utility to $NCR holders, the holding of our token can be used to get and receive robotic pets, which will increase staking rewards and provide further utility in the Full-Loot Cyberpunk Sandbox Metaverse ARPG connected to the project.

Phase 2 - Creating a Pack
"If you want to go fast, go alone" is an adage that suggests individualism, whereas "If you want to go far, go together" highlights the importance of collaboration.
Yuki is not alone in their quest to break free from "The System." There are other atypicals across the Metropolis who share the same desires for change and growth.
An underground academy led by a wise old man has gathered these atypicals to train and evolve together as the Neon City Rebels.
As the saying goes, "There is no 'I' in 'team.'" It takes a collective effort to dismantle "The System," and the Neon City Rebels understand the strength in numbers. This brings us to Phase 2: Creating a pack.
Create a Pack:
Each Neon City Rebels holder will have the ability to combine 3 of their regular Yukis to create a Legendary Yuki and then send her on a mission to form a clan and hunt for $NCR tokens. This quest will last for 15 days, and each user will receive 3-5x the amount of $NCR tokens earned. The price to form a clan will be revealed once we get to this stage. A clan consists of multiple Yukis and Robotic pets combined.
Improved Staking and Earning:
A collection extension of 150 1/1 legendary Yukis will be offered once the initial collection sells out.
Each character’s collection will have a LEGENDARY subcollection which functions to serve the purpose as being an extension to the character’s original collection.
Legendary NFTs have the highest rarity levels, with unique attributes different from characters in the OG collection.
Legendary NFTs will be available for purchase or mutation via an auction system.
Legendary 1/1s will receive 3-5x $NCR via staking.
ETH will be required to bid on legendary auctions.
75% of all auction proceeds will be stored in the community wallet.
The Rebels DAO will be able to vote on what the proceeds are allocated towards.
Phase 3
In the Neon City Rebels community, the majority of NFT owners are female. However, we recognize the importance of diversity and inclusivity in our ecosystem. Therefore, every Neon City Rebels owner will have the opportunity to mint a male counterpart, known as a Riku, using $NCR tokens.
The primary goal of our ecosystem is to accumulate $Immunity tokens, which can be used to mint a Riku and access other services in our ecosystem. Unlike Yuki, Riku cannot go on missions or participate in hunting for tokens. However, Riku is a valuable asset to have because he provides key tactical information and reconnaissance by hacking into "The System."
Owning a Riku NFT provides access to new features and benefits within our ecosystem. Additionally, staking a Riku NFT earns 1.5x more rewards compared to staking a Yuki NFT. We value the diversity and unique strengths that each individual brings to our community and encourage all Neon City Rebels owners to mint a Riku and join us in our mission to break free from "The System."
Riku holders will gain access to:
Purchase of new weapons and clothing through the Neon City Rebels network,
Purchase augmentations to further upgrade Yuki through the Neon City Rebels network
Access to a tattoo shop and a barber shop through the Neon City Rebels network.
Access to new missions via in-game, these missions have potential to be much more rewarding then regular missions.
Access to innovative tech blueprints
Access to Crafting Tables Upgrades, progress in higher Tier crafting by acquiring new blue prints from Riku.
Phase 4
Land Sales - more in roadmap v2.0
Once all characters belonging to the Neon City Rebels have been listed, we will make an NFT land sale available to the public. As an NFT holder, you will have the opportunity to mint your own piece of land within the Neon City Rebels metaverse game.
With these NFT land parcels, you can build research labs, crafting stations, farms, refineries and contribute to the self-sustained economy within our metaverse.
