Yuki is the primary character in our universe and also happens to be one of the 1700 NFTs available.

Feelings are unpredictable, perplexing, and difficult to regulate. That's just the way they are. Some are fortunate enough to grow up in households that promote honest and open self-expression of thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and systems of institutionalization. However, Yuki's upbringing was far from that. Her parents always wanted to express their true emotions, but they were unable to openly parent due to the elites of "Neon City" who controlled the minds of the common people with emotional suppressants. These suppressants were sprayed by massive windmills and emitted via electromagnetic radiation, permeating and deteriorating the minds of those chained to "The System."

Yuki felt different from everyone else who lived in the metropolis. She always felt divergent, and her emotions in certain situations never aligned with the systemically corrupted sentiment-oriented groupthink of others. As Yuki matured, she uncovered esoteric information that led to the discovery of the provenance behind her idiosyncratic thoughts, desires, and abilities.

"Neon City" is a futuristic metropolis filled with augmentation shops, nightclubs, and red light districts throughout the city. It's run by "The Club," which is composed of six massive corporations that control all aspects of daily life. The city's infrastructure and law enforcement are run by a powerful quantum-induced artificial intelligence that the corporations own and control, dubbed "The System."

The System interfaces with every aspect of life, such as smart cities, human wearables, and technology. It can automatically take control over the internal software of one’s car, pull it over, lock the doors, and force the individual to wait for enforcers of The System to arrive. It enforces a fine attached to the self-attributed perpetrator’s Digi social identity.

Yuki's best friend Riku knew her secret of being immune to emotional suppressants all along but couldn't open up to her at first because he was part of a group called the "Neon City Rebels." Riku was a computer genius and one of the best hackers in the city. The NCR was responsible for discovering and exposing all the corrupt secrets and evil plans of the Big Six Corporations. The NCR was the most wanted rebel group in the Neon City and the last operational force against the total control of the city's AI called "The System."

Yuki's closest companion is Riku, who is also one of the 350 mintable NFTs available.

The NCR Group is the final hope for breaking the 6 corporations’ systems of control and institutionalization so that the people may be liberated and become free. Yuki joined the Rebels as she got older, and the group runs an underground network that develops progressively liberating technologies such as computer science, blockchain, cryptography, research labs, biology, genome sequencing, and more. They also operate a public front that deals with manufacturing goods, repairing old cars, and more.

The group is planning a revolution, but they need a critical mass - basically a grassroots movement that would be able to challenge The System based on their own crypto-economy. They are a strong community that has been going together for years, and the core members of the team have taught thousands of people how to trade crypto markets from 0 to successful traders. This has created strong bonds with their community that stands with them until the end.

The Ethereum blockchain became the birthplace of something truly remarkable - the Neon City Rebels. This group was forged with greatness and a passion for change, driven by the desire to break free from the shackles of the six massive corporations that controlled every aspect of daily life in Neon City.

When we think about the future or what we can achieve, the possibilities are endless.

One of the key features that set the Neon City Rebels apart from other groups was their innovative use of non-fungible tokens (NFTs). These unique digital assets allowed NFT holders to interact with their tokens in a whole new way, through playability. The NFT art was intertied with the game, allowing for fully integrated gameplay. Every NFT purchased was a fully functional character or item within the video game. This revolutionary concept allowed the community to be fully immersed in the world of Neon City and actively participate in the rebellion against The System.

While the founders of the Neon City Rebels firmly supported the Growth Map and Action Map, they were also decentralized purists. This meant that once the community and its associated DAO (decentralized autonomous organization) had been established, the maps were open to change. The community's upvoting and downvoting, as well as their approval or disapproval, would determine any changes to the maps. This gave the community a strong sense of ownership and empowerment, which was vital to the success of the revolution.

The Growth Map, Action Map, and whitepaper were all meticulously laid out to ensure that the prospective community could fully grasp and internalize the Neon City Rebels' vision. The Rebels knew that in order to win this war, they needed a strong, unified community that believed in their cause.
